Successful implementation of new standards of ARCOM GROUP clients’ service led to the further development of this business direction. From the company management point of view, the complex approach to the decision of the providing with the bank equipment task means also training of technicians of bank-client.
Technical specialists of banks got an opportunity to pass training courses on service as of POS-terminals, so of cash machines. Training is carried out on material-technical base of ARCOM group in groups up to 6-8 persons on the request from bank and at signing of new service contracts. The course is planned for 1-3 days and includes theoretical part and practical training.
Specialists of our company that have big experience in service and repair of the bank equipment of self-service, answer the questions in detail that most often occur while working with the bank equipment and teach how to decide simple problems.
Bank technical specialists receive the complete set of the necessary documentation and from the very beginning of the training have possibility to practice on the real equipment.
